You must use this Return Authorization form to
request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). An RA# will
allow you to send back an item for warranty or other services.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your RA number.
Please allow up to 7 days for the shipping of your equipment to
you from the date that it's received in our warehouse.
According to the terms and conditions of your warranty, you are
responsible for any cost associated with getting your equipment
to our warehouse located in Marietta, GA. Once it's in our
possession, if your item is covered under warranty, we are
responsible for all expenses, including shipping and handling
back to you.
Once we receive your equipment, we will check
your equipment for any defects that you have mentioned.
Once the problem is determined, we will at our choice either
repair or replace your item. If there is no problem found,
you will be charged a $25.00 bench fee & shipping and handling
back to you. You are required to fill out your billing
information below in order to obtain a RA#, no exceptions.
Once you submit your information for your RA#,
you will need to print the confirmation page, and fill in
your RA# that you will receive by email. This
confirmation page must be included in the package that is sent
back. Any package received with our this paper may
be delayed in servicing. You must write the RA# outside
of the box that you ship to us clearly. Failure to do
so, may get your package refused.
